I would’ve rated 0 stars is that were an option. I saw a tik tok online today, an infant of only a few months was hit in their mouth by staff, busted this baby’s lip and bleeding. There is an investigation with police and so on and so forth. There’s pictures of the infants injuries, but I’m begging you. Do not bring your child to this place. Don’t let this daycare get the chance to hurt your children. I’ve seen the infants photos of his injuries on tik tok and for staff to do that to someone who’s so incredibly young. Can’t even talk. It’s disgusting. This daycare needs to be shut down immediately. Daycares, care. The purpose of daycares is for your children to be safe and cared for. Not abused. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE THEY WILL BE ABUSED AND MISTREATED NO MATTER WHAT AGE THEY ARE.
My child went to this daycare for around 2 years. In the beginning it was great, however in the past few months it became increasingly worse. With the last straw being that my four year old child was forcedly restrained in a high chair without my knowledge nor did the staff think it necessary to contact me at all. My child is not innocent however no child should be forcedly restrained. I attempted to speak to the owner/manager however when I called her she did not answer or return the call. The owner of the daycare is very unprofessional and under no circumstances would I ever recommend anyone leave their child at this daycare. There have been several occasions I would go to drop my child off and the front door is kept unlocked. I was able to walk in and remain unnoticed for minutes before the staff even noticed I was there. I have been searching for a better alternative but haven't been successful. Finally my child will no longer have to spend his time at this daycare.
