When you take the tour or talk to the representatives you get good vibes but those are just fancy talks. The biggest problem that we faced was frequent punishments ) almost every single day (they call it consequences. I fail to understand how come these so-called child-experts do not understand that kids are very sensitive and are not able to tolerate these frequent consequences. If you keep punishing them every day, there are high chances they would lose interest in going to school. This is what happened to my kid, who was so scared to go to school that he started finding ways to avoid school and do anything possible in the class so that he was sent back home. The management is very good at talking about amazing plans and not taking any actions against anything reported. You keep on following up, they will talk about all the great actions never to be executed. They expect the parents to provide ideas on how to handle the kids - and we thought they were the experts. I think their biggest problem is that they don’t value good teachers and the teachers find opportunities outside. This leads to a situation where they work with less experienced teachers (there are a couple of good teachers, not sure how long they will last). I will never recommend sending kids to a place where the kids become scared to go to school, and where they are constantly ignored. If you do not have any option, I recommend documenting all the conversations with the management (use email, meeting notes) as those will be needed if things go wrong with them.
