I have used this provider for more than 6 months
I am a young first time parent and while looking for child care I was told about Biltmore Academy. I came in for a tour with my grandmother, when we arrived unannounced the director was friendly and quickly offered a tour of the center. She gave us lots of information about looking for a center because she has a waiting list. I placed my child on the waiting list, hoping she would call soon. Within 2 weeks something came open and she called us. My child has now been attending since August (7 months) and we absolutely love it. I feel like the staff is family and many times I ask questions to the director and teacher for help with ideas for my child. My child never wants to leave in the afternoons and loves seeing his teachers everyday! I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a place that will love your child as much as you do!!
I wanted to give a review of this center after I saw the previous reviews. I'm not sure if these parents are talking about the same center because my child has been enrolled since September 2012, so my child was an infant when he first started. He is now in the prek class, Ms. Crystal is the teacher. I have never had any problems, the staff love my child and have always been caring and nurturing. I have and would recommend this center to anyone. I love Biltmore Academy.
I was considering sending my child to this daycare until I was observing the children on the playground. The woman that was outside with the kids told them to stop running when she let them out the door. She then screamed, "ARE YA'LL DEAF? I SAID STOP RUNNING!" These children were no more than 3-4 years of age. It made my stomach turn to know that these children are being talked to that way. I would never send my kid there!!
