This school had so much potential as it pertains to academia for toddlers which is why it's unfortunate how the owner disregards the parents when there is an issue to be addressed. After more than 2 years of attending this school (without incident) my daughter began to have issues in the classroom. She was crying a lot and screaming when her 4th teacher in 8 months started in her classroom. Because the teacher is so inexperienced, instead of trying to figure out the root of this issue they immediately began negative reinforcement which included calling me, asking me to check her out of the facility, taking her out of the building to, "give her an attitude adjustment" and checking her back in. One of the most recent encounters came when the teacher singled my daughter out and recorded her on her cell phone, while she was hiding and crying as another child berated her, telling her to shut up. The teacher sent me this video via Facebook messenger and I immediately went to the school. When I got there the owner said we will need to have a sit down and discuss her behavior with the teacher. I agreed. The next week the same "behavior" continued, and the owner called me and informed me that I would need to find another school for my child. The conversation was short because I was at work, and when I picked her up at school the owner would not speak to me. I sent an email asking for a meeting in which she refused to have a formal meeting with me because the state didn't require her to. I was baffled that as my child began to emotionally unravel at this school they not only neglected her, but shamed her for it. It is not a surprise that with their unwillingness to work with parents, poor and unfounded intervention strategies, and complete disregard and lack of curiosity for children’s emotional well being, they are unable to retain quality instructors.
