Description: Rule states no child may go without nourishment for longer than 3 hours. A review of the meals & snacks records showed the provider had stopped serving an afternoon snack. Lunch is being served between 11:oo to 11:30 AM. Attendance records showed children in care as late as 3:30 to 5:00 PM. Provider is required to serve a PM snack to meet the 3 hour rule.
