2 days. My 8 month old was in Bambi’s care for 2 days. I called the state and filed a complaint due to her policies not aligning with state regulations and the neglectful care she provided my baby. I dropped him off at 8:30am and picked him up at 4:30pm. She informed me he refused the bottle and was rude about him not being able to hold it himself. Come to find out she didn’t warm the bottle and we talked about that during the tour. Then she told me he cried all day and advised me to stop holding and coddling my baby because she wont. Day 2 when I was dropping him off she yelled at me because I premade the bottles for my son and she doesn’t have a bottle warmer…. She doesn’t have time and has too many kids to stop and warm a bottle. She is cold and heartless DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN WITH HER! She needs to be shut down for multiple reasons, including unsanitary conditions. Her dogs were running around freely and when I picked up my son up on day 2 he had scratches on him. Bambi is dishonest and backtracks on what she says. She did not disclose that her boyfriend lives with her and does not have hired help with 7 children.
If I could I'd give 0 stars she's a registered sex offender working with small children. This place should be shut down
Stay far away from this daycare. Bambi pays no attention to the children, she let my daughter cry ALL DAY everyday by herself. My daughter didn't eat, drink or play while she was there. Bambi is extremely rude and treated us like we were an inconvenience. She does not allow parents to sit in for more than 5 minutes and she was rushing me to leave after drop off and I ignored her. When I arrived home, I texted her to ask how my daughter was doing and all I received was a photo of her distraught in the corner ALONE. It looked like she was blocked in that little area. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place should be shut down.
Bambi should not be allowed near any small children considering she has temper issues, bit and attacked her own child. She causes nightmares and fear from just the word daycare. Yelling and screaming at small babies and hitting them, grabbing them, slapping them. Please guard your babies. They're too young to protect themselves.
We have had the pleasure of having Miss Bambi as part of our extended family for over approximately 2 years. Miss Bambi has loved and cared for our child since we started. She provides excellent care and has a clean atmosphere with tons of toys and activities. I highly recommend her.
This woman should not be allowed to care for children of any age! When she first opened she told me lies, had far too many children without the proper amount of caregivers, I sent brand new formula for my infant and all the necessities she had asked. After three days my child was coming home with diaper rashes and all she did was complain that he cried all day long everyday. After a week I decided enough was enough. Told her I was no longer going to be needing her services and she was extremely angry of this. She refused to give back my son's belongings until I threatened to call police. Finally my mother went with me to pick these things up and she slammed door in our face and called my mom a fat f-ing pig! I get home and find that the formula I had sent to feed my infant was not even touched!!! My son, since leaving there over a year ago has not has a diaper rash since. This woman if foul mouthed and should be shut down!!
