I have used this provider for less than 6 months

If it was possible i wouldnt even rate them with one star. My son ( who is only 1yrs old) wasnt fed dinner multiple times, they would put other children's diaper and clothes on my son. One time i picked him up early, i noticed he didnt look well ( he had a very high fever ), the staff said they didnt notice. When i brought all these concerns to the owner of the daycare ms.rogers she would always say the say thing "i will talk to my staff" nothing every changed. She kicked my son out the daycare last night because i requested just one certain worker to care for my son. I had to call out of work because i had no child care today. She is unprofessional, her staff is careless and poorly trained. Please save your child from neglect and not bring them there.

I am the owner

To the reviewer above. I am the owner of the facility and want to thank your for writing a review. I am sorry to hear about your poor experience. It was not brought to my attention at the time. I strive to bring the best day care experience to the children in my facility and take feedback seriously. If I had known at the time I would've dealt with it at the time. All of the employees who worked for me at this location are no longer with me, and I have a newer highly trained staff. I also now take time to talk with each of the parents to make sure I hear any concerns they may have. If there are any other questions or concerns don't hesitate to contact me.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The staff at this daycare are highly unprofessional and confrontational. They do no listen to the concerns of the parents or address them in an appropriate manner. It is unstructured. My child came home on several occasions and told me that the staff referred to him as a "cry baby." I would not recommend this daycare to any parents, horrible experience.
