Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was soo amazing with my daughter.
A teacher named Belen is very rude and needs to be retrained on her customer service. We pay for our children's tuition and therefore deserve good customer service. Without our money she wont get paid. She doesn't smile, she walks around like she's better than the rest of the teachers. Well guess what shes the worst preschool teacher I have ever met. Very very rude she shouldn't be allowed near children. I will escalate this complaint because I know the manager will not do anything about it but something has to be done about her. There has also been a complaint to child services for the treatment the children have been receiving. Theres a lady with very long nails not only is that unsanitary but its very dangerous for her to be around small children with those huge nails. My child has come home with a scratch on the face and it has me thinking if she had anything to do with that. Management really need to focus on the appearance and attitudes of their instructors.
Wonderful school with great teachers. We were very happy with the quality of care and the education my son received.
