I would give this place zero stars if I could. I will go on every website I have to in order to tell you how horrible this place treats their employees. They boss you around and shove their schedules down your throat till you can’t breathe anymore. Not even new hires stick around for longer than a month or two. There’s only one teacher in this entire company who’s stuck around for 10+. God bless them. But this company is awful. They have far too many locations and not enough staff! Then they force their current employees to work at other locations without their consent. Or without letting them know during the interview that it’s mandatory to work at other locations. Why. Should. You. Force. Your. Employees. To. Do. That? It’s ridiculous.
Not to mention the pay is not worth your troubles and you’d be better looking somewhere else for not just a daycare but work.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. As a former employee, I've seen it all from every one of the sites, excluding the recently added Lakeville West location.
Save your time and money, your children deserve better. Staffing is always inconsistent, your child's classroom will never be consistent.
They treat their staff like they're disposable, they contradict their own policies all the time. Its ridiculous. Stay far away from this company.
Worst school ever. My sons never come home saying they had a good day. I witnessed twice 2 different "teachers" there grab children by the arms/wrists and drag them!!!! My sons were removed from there. BEYOND TERRIBLE SCHOOL!!!!!
