Horrible Experience 2021-10-28 18:01:01
I have used this provider for less than 6 months
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
My time at Angie’s Doll House went from ok to horrible. My son was at her daycare for 3 months and during those months she has been late (showing up to open the daycare after 7:30 when she is supposed to open at 6:30), has spoken negatively about the children to me, has shown unethical behavior and is extremely unprofessional.
During the final week she was late to open her daycare and told me to leave my son at her mother’s home, next door, until she made it. This is not the first time I have heard of my son going to her mother’s home. This has made me very uncomfortable considering I do not know who is in her mother’s home and the home’s condition.
My son was injured at her establishment as well. There was a fight between my son and another child that caused my son to have a swollen ear for multiple days. An incident report was filed but after observing her behavior I am not sure my son was properly supervised to allow that much damage to happen.
**this is my own personal opinion, I do not have any facts to prove this statement outside of the behavior she has displayed
On my son’s 2nd to last day she lied and said my son had diarrhea so that I would come get him early and have him miss his last day at daycare. When I arrived she left all his things on the table and when I tried to have a conversation with her regarding my son’s health she slammed the door in my face.
Considering the location and that I was desperate for childcare I disregarded these obvious red flags but enough is enough.
Ms. Angie implements a great learning experience for every child. My children have really excelled under her care she is amazing along with the rest of her staff
