Description: The purpose of Angels Watching Over Me Academy, LLC is to ensure the physical, mental, and emotional well being of children who are ready for group care. Children of working parents and other children who are in need of experience in a group situation are accepted. Our program is planned to provide your child with an opportunity to learn to live with others, become acquainted with the world around him/her, experiment with a variety of materials and equipment, and establish sound habits and attitudes which help ensure satisfactory adjustments in the growing process.

If you value your children, do not bring them here. When you walk in, you can see posted on their wall, they are not even highly rated with the state. That should have been my first clue. Camera's in the room? That's great if your child is actually in the room. I picked my child up one day, watched another teacher on the play ground lift a screaming 2 year old by his arm and slam him into the ground. Once I got home that same day, I noticed my child had a huge bruise on her forehead. I asked about it the next day, only thinking the worst after what I just witnessed. I was given the answer that my“child gets so upset she thrashes around and is unstoppable." What? She is 1 year old... let’s get real here. I removed her immediately. One day on her sign out sheet, it listed a chocolate chip muffin for breakfast, something minimal for lunch and cookies for a snack. Completely unacceptable. I filled out about 5 pages in regards to my child’s allergies to berries. And imagine my surprise one day when it listed a blue berry muffin on her daily log. I was just happy to learn she out grew the allergy, but for a day care, I would think someone would be more careful. When I removed her from the daycare, I was tempted to report them to the state for the child abuse I witnessed. I was told that the teacher in questioned reported herself that day, and was talked to. I hope they did find a solution to that problem, and will give them the benefit of the doubt that they fixed it, but would not ever trust anyone in the building with the care of my child. And there are no cameras outside on the play ground.
