I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

Anyone can walk into that home. There is no security. At all. The doors are not locked. I walked in with 2 other parents and it was 10 mins before anyone acknowledged I was there. The forms hadn't been updated in years- she just told me to "cross out" and update pricing. She gave us a tour and the playroom was FILTHY. The bins had junk in it. The toys and floor were visibly filthy, and she said they shut down 1 week a year to "sanitize and clean." Should they not do this daily? They clearly do NOT. The house was crowded with bouncers and toys, again, people in and out. One of the moms was leaving as I was and she told her son "did they not send you home with your backpack again" seemingly frustrated. Parents are 100% here because daycares are so overbooked. She even said that they transfer children to her other location when it gets packed- I asked who transfers them and she said a daycare provider has car seats and just takes the children there??? Insane. It's overpriced. Expect very little. Look at their violations. Do NOT recommend- no wonder they don't have a fb page or anything on Google the reviews would be awful. Thank GOD that I was able to get childcare worked out- I would have been a mess putting my trust in their services.
