Description: Alma's Baby World Developmental Day Care Center is a Child Care Learning Center in Albany GA, with a maximum capacity of 105 children. Unprofessional Behavior: Driving the Alma’s Baby Care Van, Secretary Tonya Jenkins drove the pick up vehicle for Baby World Developmental Day Care Center East and before 7AM beeps the horn several times for the parents to bring the child out to the transport. I called the office and let them know in a very professional manner that this disturbance is affecting the neighborhood. Maybe the parent could be called on a cell phone when she arrives for pick up? The gentleman on the phone states they can “lay on the horn†all they want, as early as they want, it is their right. I asked to speak to the driver to explain the issue and work out a good solution. He refused. At that point he began speaking over me and being rude. I’m sure there is a better way to handle this issue. Baby World Developmental Day Care Center East is not a friend of the Community.
