I have used this provider for less than 6 months
Initially we were very happy with Ms. Chadwell, but after a couple months we had concerns. We first had our daughter attend (6 months at the time) Then our son began attending in the summer, and he expressed somethings to us that were disturbing. Apparently her own children in the home are bullies. Her daughter was never friendly, which was always weird to us. He told us Allyson yelled at him and the other children. We confronted her on what he had shared with us, but she denied it. Then she apparently had a visit from DFPS, she told us she had received several warnings and proceeded to scold us about not giving her our daughters shot records when we had told her we were on an alternative shot schedule and so she didn't receive normal vaccinations. Everything appeared to be ok until one Friday, after continued on time payment, we asked her if we could bring her cash the following day because we were busy planning to leave town and I hadn't made it to the bank. She agreed, though she seemed upset (weekly payment was $100). Then while on vacation she sent us a bizarre and rude text message with little to no explanation quitting. We tried to contact her to speak with her in a respectful manner but she refused to speak with, answer her door, and blocked us on facebook. I was forced to quit my job on return of our vacation due to her flakiness. Very strange behavior for a child care provider. I would not advise anyone to use her ever.
