If I were able to give this place 0 stars I would. This place is very unprofessional, does not care for their staff, only care about the money. I used to work here, they told me that they needed me to take extra college courses to become a lead teacher, so I did. They also offered to pay for my classes and they never did. They only have one worker who has the highest degree out of all of them, since that person is worth a lot of money, other than that they don’t really care for that person. Everyone else is replaceable within seconds. They keep people who only have a high school degree, which isn’t fair to people who have some college, or people who like to kiss ass to management. I was fired from this place because I “threaten” them to act higher than my position when all I needed was for them to fix an issue. Don’t take your kids here, it’s a waste of your money. There are better places with certified teachers who will be glad to work with your kids. There is too much drama within the staff and they speak of it around the children, and when there’s parents around. Not just that but they also talk bad about the children. The people who are responsible to clean the building don’t do nothing but sit around when their boss isn’t around, or give the higher person a hard time about doing things, or argue about it being not their “job”. Kids have been kicked out from here for having special disabilities, it is sad that they prefer to kick out a child, whose hard to deal with, rather than fire a staff teacher who doesn’t know how to deal with those type of children. When this place advertised saying they work with all types of children. Furthermore as well as not paying their workers minimum wage, they will tell you an excuse of “we don’t have the funds to pay you minimum wage” when that’s the law. Half the workers here don’t care for the well being of the kids, they are only there for the money and the drama, just like management and the owner . This place should be closed down. If you work here I advice you to quit, management doesn’t care for you, and the funny thing is that they will be the nicest people to your face, but when you are not around they speak bad about you .
The center has pest issues as well as shabby management. The owner doesn't care about the staff or the families served just lining their pockets. They have fired and lost great teachers and staff because of the work climate there. My friends son went to the summer program there this year and got bullied! The teachers don't have any support from the managers and didn't investigate this issue adequately.
I enrolled my toddler here in January; my friend referred me to the day care and was super happy with how her daughter was learning. The day care is very clean, bright, the staff are pleasant, the kids are learning (in English and Spanish), not being babysat. I'm very pleased with everything and love the learning environment, they really cater to the families! I definitely would refer any parent to enroll their child there
Dirty, rat infested, only concerned about your child because each child brings money. The owner is not interested in the parents for anything but their help recruiting more children.
Terrible! Find another place for your precious little ones. There is a better place one block north on 59th called I think Young Scholars Academy. Check that place out first.
This place is awful. Teachers are great, but the classrooms are never given new materials and they never have enough people in the classroom. Seems dirty. O NOT send your child here. The owners only want your money and do not care about children.
keep up the good work AUNT MILDRED!!!!
I absolutely love this child care center. I currently work 2 jobs and the staff and programs are a perfect fit for me and my family. They really keep the parents involved and there are a lot of opportunities for parents to interact in the classrooms. The teachers are awesome and sometimes my kids cry because they don't want to go home!
