About the Provider
Alaka’i Academy follows a whole child approach to education as a way to develop leaders of all ages. Students are not only intellectual but also social and emotional beings, and all these dimensions interact to impact learning and performance. We aim at developing leaders. Great leaders possess a balance of intellectual, emotional, and social skills. Their traits are critical to their success. In addition to a healthy academic curriculum, Alaka’i Academy spends time nurturing children’s self-worth, while helping them discover their potential. A balanced approach leads to healthy growth and prepares children to excel in a wide range of interactions. This experience overtime naturally evolve into leadership positions, influential roles and active contributions to family, school, and society.
