I was a first time mom in 2019 and really did not know what to expect from a home childcare. My baby was only 7 weeks old, small and helpless and I was afraid and unsure.
After the glitter of a week faded, I would rush right after work to get my baby. This lady would argue about the feeding, tried to "Save" pampers by not changing them ("It's not full" she said). She put the bottles next to cooked food which made it smell/ taste like curry. Her son played during working hours during and she is on the phone when I pick up. Her husband came down in his PJs to "open" the center and I just waited until she came.
What made me leave was the lack of infant toys and equipment (I brought in my daughter's items so she would have something and she would argue about how what I expected for my child. that day my daughter was slumped over in and I asked if she could lift her up and Afroza yanked my kid up harder than necessary and complained about my daughter's age. Like, I how are you mad that she is slouching and then get mad when you have to correct it. I told her I was done and called Care LuLu to cancel my account.
Care Lulu was so late in reacting because I took my daughter at the end of January, contacted them early March, late March....nothing. They just want money. We got out and I was finally happy. Don't give yourself or your child the grieve. I have more of she didn't do like play or read. I gave her BOOKS! Just stay away or you will be like I was, crying and feeling bad you left your little baby at a place like this.
