Wish I could give this place 0 stars. It was an absolute nightmare. Constantly out of ratio, and always a disastrous mess. Our favorite teacher from the infant room quit and we couldn’t stay there anymore, we had to pull. She was the best teacher there and seemed to do more than the actual director. The preschool classroom was awful, the kids were not learning what they should be. They also had cockroaches ????. I called the health department because I literally saw one scurry across the hallway. There is no cameras and honestly that’s the first bad sign! Never go to a daycare without cameras!!
They also only win best daycare because they have employees vote over and over so they win.

It is unfortunate that someone would write this negative review on our program considering we have won Best Daycare of 2013 and 2014 by the Bristol Press. We have an abundance of positive references from clients past and present. It is also public information on the DPH website that our inspections have been positive and few past complaints have been unsubstantiated after a thorough investigation by DCF and DPH. We would invite anyone to come and visit our program, obtain these references, and do their own due diligence in picking a childcare facility for their children.

If I could give negative stars I would. This program is always out of ratio. They do not educate the children in the care. I have seen a number of children physically attack staff and staff have laughed at it. Children have consistently gotten hurt and parents are not notified, geez half the time if not 3/4's of the time the staff weren't even paying attention to even notice that the children had got hurt in the first place. The health and personal safety of the children is poor. I am honestly unsure how they have kept their license for so long.
