The sponsor or sponsor representative and each staff member shall complete the electronic fingerprinting process through the vendor authorized by the State to conduct CHRI background checks through the Division of State Police in the Department of Law and Public Safety and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

In room 2 of building 1, when asked how many children were present, one staff member stated 13 and the other stated 15. At the time 18 children were present in room 2.

Violation Observed: Ensure that all staff who do not have CARI or CHRI clearances are directly supervised by another staff member. A woman, who was doing a working interview at the center, was left alone with 5 children while the classroom teacher answered the door.
