My grandson is in this Academy and at first, he cried. That was because he had never been to daycare. I was his Day care provider. It took a while, but when he got used to it, he really like it especially the Ms. Sheka and Ms. Tina. They worked with him and now when his mother, father or I come to get him he is happy, no crying. I would recommend this Daycare provider to anyone. He has learned so much to the point he is able to correct you if you do or say something wrong. He knows by recognition his ABC's, colors, shapes, numbers up to 30, how to make complete sentences, animals, objects and different foods. He is just two years old.
needs new management unprofessional behavior
My child is 2 years old and when we started I only received negative reports from staff about my child. Mind you this is all verbal. I asked to speak with the director and she stated she only knows what's happening based upon reports. (She never views the classes). I asked to visit the class to see his behavior. She stated she would have to ask the owner. I asked for at least a weekly written report so that I can have documentation. She stated she doesn't know if she can get the teacher to do that. This place has no cameras and I cannot come in to view my child. I confronted them about my request only to have the asst director terminate my child. New managment and training is needed ASAP.
They are unorganized and unprofessional. The girls that work here act as if parents who are enrolling their child into classes for the first time, should know what they are doing..again 1st time parents, we do NOT know what we are doing and they are not helpful or understanding to the process. Everytime I request a document from the girls it takes several days, to weeks, to get the document needed. I believe this facility should find new management ASAP!!!
