Worst experience I’ve ever had with child care! They say they are “24 hours” but then never let you schedule past a certain time because they have no workers for that shift. And open weekends?! Yeah right. Always making excuses! My children got ringworm from there then they don’t let them come back for a week. That was understandable but then they expect payment for that week?! Ridiculous. My kids were always coming home with unexplained marks and were complaining that the staff was mean. No one would ever want to talk about the situation. Then on top of that one day I come to pick up my kids and MY AUTISTIC DAUGHTER is locked in a child’s seat!!!! I was sickened! I specifically asked when I was interested in them if they could handle an autistic child. They said they could but obviously not. They would feed my kids such small portions that they would come home starving. I came to pick them up one day as they were eating dinner and the plate size was nothing more than a snack. I wasn’t surprised my kids were coming home starving. Definitely not enough when you have kids for 8 hours a day. I wouldn’t recommend this day care to anyone! No matter how nice it looks the care they give children is pathetic. Wish I could give 0 stars. One is even too much!!!
