Description: Vanda Early Learning Center is licensed for 160 children and they serve children ages birth through school age. Vanda has seven classrooms including two infant, two-year old and preschool classes. They have three large playgrounds that the children use. Vanda ELC has been in the present location, in East Lubbock, since 1979, easily accessible from I-27 or Loop 289.
