My child was enrolled less than a year before I stopped being a happy customer. Promises of change by the new director fell short and the quality (and price) was not worth it for me. Because they did not adhere to their policy, my child's fingers were 'accidentally' stepped on by another adult. I do not feel the child-adult ratio was sufficient considering the 4 accidents my son suffered during a 2 month period. I will never spend my money on them or their affiliates! Improper follow-up on these issues were not provided to my satisfaction.
