They don’t even deserve one star. I honestly thought I could trust these people with my son but it has been nothing but neglect. My son has had multiple incidents and not 1 time did anyone call me or even tell me when I picked him up. Actually the director never once was even notified. The last 2 incidents left my child with a concussion and a hole in his lip AND STILL WAS NOT NOTIFIED!!! No incident reports were ever made until I made a big deal out of the head injury so I received one the next day. The hole in the lip never got one we just got kicked out of the daycare and was told he was just playing with his toys. The teacher CARMEN NEEDS TO BE FIRED. But of course they would rather lose a child than a neglectful employee. She wouldn’t even look me in my face and I know she was either doing something to my kid or letting something happen to him. He had a new mark everyday but the injuries became more severe in the last 2 weeks. I pray NONONE has to see their child the way I did. And feel the hurt from knowing u forced ur child to be with an abuser everyday. This is NOT somewhere you want your kids to go.
Ps. I will say that Lisa, Tammy and Debbie were extremely nice and sweet and I felt they cared about my son. However they were not his teacher so they don’t know what was going on. I really did not want to hurt them but had it been the other way around, I’d have a cps case.
