My daughter was there for almost a year and the infant room was phenomenal until she moved to the toddler room. She was bit a total of 6 times in the span of 3 months. One week it was 3 days in a row. The 3rd time they did remove the toddler since he bit her two days in a row and after reviewing the video, this toddler grabbed my daughter by the head and pulled it down and bit her face for a 2nd time, all while the teachers where not paying attention and talking over the divider. Another mom approached me and said there was a 4th time that they didn't tell me about and said that they had my daughter up front where people are actively walking in and examining her. Now, let's talk about the food, very unhealthy. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast and frito pie for lunch, really? Now let's move onto the toys, you look into the room and there are maybe a total of 10 toys scattered around, the toddler room is pretty much a warehouse for kids with no developmental toys or materials. Now let's talk about drop off. We usually dropped off around 7 a.m, and our daughter was placed in a different room where there would be around 11-15 kids at one point of all ages, way beyond ratio. Now let's talk about basic instructions, we gave the daycare extra clothes and diapers ect and every time we showed up and she had a blowout, she was in another babies clothes or in different diapers, one time she was given size 3 months shorts when she was 9 months. Back to blowouts, my daughter consistently had a diaper rash and blowouts at Treehouse, why, because on most days they waited several hours before changing her. Moving onto professionalism, my daughter was called some inappropriate names by a teacher, who still works there. I was told this by a concerned parent. Moving onto the turnover rate, which is very concerning, new teachers every week, no stability there at all. Now for the finale, on our last day, we were given moldy clothes that no one ever told us about or gave back to us and my daughter’s old bottles had mold on them. Would highly recommend anyone reading this to find another daycare. Spend the extra money and find a place that will actually challenge your children instead of housing them.
