My child was enrolled in this daycare because it was known to be one of the best. During the time my child was there the person in the morning that recieved him was very nuturing and caring. But as more time went on my child had different teachers every single time I went to pick him up. The lady in charge in the front was always really loud and rude at times. I had a concern regarding my child getting home with severe diaper rash. When I expressed my concern the lady in the front was rude and right away said well what do you want me to say. I told her that my child besides having a diaper rash got home with a really dirty diaper. The response was I will talk to the teacher as soon as she comes in. Well my gut feeling told me to go back to talk to them. The teacher was called in and i questioned what had happened and they kept pointing fingers at different people and nobody was really to blame. I spoke to the teacher and told them that they needed to make sure that my child was taken care of properly. They said well do you want an apology and I said no I am not looking for an apology I want to make sure that my child gets treated well. As the days followed I would go to the daycare and my child was always waiting at the door crying. That was becoming constant. The lady in the front started to ignore us. Finally we had enough and decided it was time to leave that daycare. My child fell behind in his learning. He was being taught nothing except speak spanish. Every teacher he had spoke mainly spanish at the time. My child was an early toddler at the time. I don't even know if the owner was notified of what had happened. Our experience was not at all great. Being ignored and getting bothered by our concerns is not good business at all. We trust these people with our children to be taken care of not to be neglected.
Me gustaria que hubiera mas supervision de parte de la duena del negocio o a su vez alguna directora que se encagrara de supervisar al personal y de que se brinde un buen cuidado a todos los ninos;la duena se ve en ocasiones y ocasiones no, la encargada ya no esta mas, y esta otra persona en la oficina; pero a mi parecer lo ideal seria que la duena estuviera ahy o que asignara una directora o manager en su lugar; ya que las encargadas de cuidar a los ninos sentirian mas responsabilidad de hacer bien su trabajo todo el tiempo dado que hubiera una constante supervision, seria mas seguro que ellas cuidaran super bien a los ninos sabiendo que en cualquier momento la directora entra a supervisar a su cuarto; en general es bueno, solo ese punto , la supervision constante de una persona que este al mando y direccion del centro TODO el tiempo.
Hasta el momento no he tenido un problema en este day care ,pero me siento algo insegura al dejar a mi ninos y a veces no ver a nadie al frente del negocio, aunque yo se que en determinado momento estara alli la duena,seria mucho mas tranquilizante y reconfortante par auno de padre saber que se cuenta con suficiente apoyo adicional y mucha supervison ya que el cuidado d elos nions es cuestionmuy seria y delicada.
