We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. The staff is not consistent. Every month the rules change. The staff is not welcoming. They do mot have a consistent process /system for managing the kids.
I used this facility 3 or 4 years ago & loved it. The previous director was great as well. However, they have since changed staff, and when I went in to get an application recently to put my kids back, I did not feel welcomed. I was told there were none printed, and to come back. I felt as if I was bothering them hanging out by the front door. In addition, they did not have their masks on.
