About the Provider
The First United Methodist Pre-School is an outreach ministry of the First United Methodist Church of Burleson to families of the church and the community. The program enables parents some time each week for themselves and to feel secure in the knowledge that their children will be receiving proper care, Christian training, and guidance.
The program provides opportunities for preschool children to enjoy learning experiences and to expand the child’s social and emotional development.
The program’s objectives in teaching children are to enable them to:
Grow in understanding of and love for themselves, their families, and others in their world.
Grow in the awareness that God loves them and that Jesus is a special friend.
Enjoy creative expression in music, art, and play.
The preschool welcomes any child from six weeks of age through four year olds. There is no discrimination in regard to religion or race.
Our regular school day is from 9am-2pm. We offer two, three, and five day a week options, as well as before- and after-school care.
