This crazy mom needs to get a life. We love our center, our teachers and our club. My kids went in at 3 months and graduated preschool. Thanks to BCDC for having a small family facility.
This is the first and only updated review of the center you will find. I have searched and found nothing on public records. I am NOT exaggerating this review. There is a huge need to report the conditions of this center, yet licencing has not done much to change the problem. I don't know how they keep so many people in the dark about BCC! I have been involved with this place for many years, and have seen it go down hill too fast. It is a huge liability. I wouldn't recommend anyone to put their children in this facility. One, the Director is never available. The new hire employees are always leaving after a few weeks, because of the poor quality. The licensing procedures are bare Minimum, and often not followed. Teacher's are understaffed and over ratio. Not to mention they have no training hours completed as required by state. There are policies that only apply to certain children, and other children whose parents are on the country club board get away with not following them. The center is filthy with roaches, very old, and has mold growing under sinks. The back room is slowly collapsing due to foundation issues, yet is still used for the infant/ preschool area. I hope this helps someone place their child in a better center. Good luck!
