I hate to be writing this review because it use to be such a great place to take your children. We have taken all of our children here since 2013 and it’s such a shame how we were treated the last couple of months. Made us feel like terrible parents and were sent letters everyday telling us how bad our child was during the day, and how one was sent to the emergency room because our child “kicked her”.
We were given no warning or anything about how our child was acting, and when at home and around other kids (who she had been around very often) she is always sharing, and playing nicely with them. Like any 2 year old she has her tantrums but would never hurt anyone. Obviously she would not intentionally hurt anyone (she is 2). Recently within the past couple of months they have had a very high turn over rate and whenever dropping off our daughter she would cry and not want to go (before even pulling in). Needless to say, with all of the negative letters every single day and not communicating with us we started looking for new daycares in the area. Thankfully we had found one for her before the manager/owner called us and “kicked her out”. Contacted me while I was at work with no warning, no meeting with any of these “teachers” who had been writing these letters about how bad she is.
We now have her enrolled somewhere new and it is literally night/day how big of a difference we see in her already. She is even using the potty now and is almost fully potty trained at that. It seems to me that the teachers there need more training working with 2-3 year old toddlers and need to communicate better with the parents. And if you don’t like working with kids, then maybe that profession is not for you.
The work community here is absolutely amazing, everyone is so welcoming. The teachers and staff here show outstanding care to the children, this place is AMAZING!!
