I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I’m a teacher and a mother of 3 young children. My kids have been attending Little Miracles for the past six yrs. and we absolutely love this preschool! We were referred to it by several neighbors and families at our church. The caregivers/teachers are very friendly & nurturing and truly play with the children and really take pride in teaching a well balanced curriculum as well as social & self help skills. As a teacher of young children myself, I am impressed with their program. We have always felt that our children were safe & loved and we know many friends, family and coworkers who bring their children there. My husband & I are amazed at all that our kids continue to learn and explore there.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My son went to daycare here as a newborn and we LOVED it! However, a family member retired so we had a family member to watch our son while we worked.
Jump ahead roughly 2 years and the family member decided they wanted to go back to work themself, so me and my husband decided to put our son back in Little Miracles. He started in the two year old room and looked forward to going everyday. No issues at all.
June, he moved to the three year old room and it was like a totally different child. When I would drop him off he would throw a fit like i had never seen before! Screaming and crying as soon as we would walk pass the two year old room to go downstairs to the three year old room. Staff told me that this was normal since it was still new to him.
Then we were eating dinner one night and i asked how school was. He replied with "my friends hit me. They are mean" i was kind of taken aback by this so i asked "is your teacher nice?" My three year old son says "no, she is angry"
Next day i drop him off, he throws such as fit they allow him to stay in the two year old room. I go to the doctors and run home to change for work and decide to stop by the daycare to check on my son since he was so upset that morning. I was on the steps that leads downstairs to where the three year olds are and i hear his teacher yell "get out of my face im sick and tired of dealing with you!" I enter the room and see another little boy crying next to the teacher and my son is playing alone in the back of the room.
Teacher was clearly shocked that i had heard this. I said "you do realize they are three right?" She didnt respond. My son ran up to me and begged me to take him home. Gradded his things, informed the office person on what had happened, told her my son will not be returning and left.
The owner then text me to say we owe the two weeks payment since we didnt not give a two weeks notice. I totally understand this since it was in the contract we had signed, however when i told him what i had heard, his response was "thats not my problem"
DO NOT take your child there! Whenever we go yo the library my son always ask "our we going to the mean school again" :( totally breaks my heart that my son had to go through being yelled at like that and being beat up by his "friends"

One day at this daycare was enough to know I NEVER want my daughter to ever have to go there again. First off, the place is very run down. It has that 80's feel to it. We were told that it was a classroom setting, and our daughter would be with a teacher. Well, turns out the teachers leave at 3pm, at from that point on, our 3yo daughter was left with school-age teenagers who were more interested in their iPhones than where my daughter was. When we came to pick her up, none of the staff knew where she was. We found her on the playground, trapped on the play structure, asking for help and not able to get down. She had bruises on her knees and elbows, and two other little girls told us other kids were kicking and hitting her. When she finally got home, she went straight to the kitchen and started grabbing whatever she could, acting like she hadn't been fed in hours. I went in to talk to the owner, who knew I was on my way, and he left before I got there. The director tried to tell me that there were "different stories" on what had happened, which just goes to show that the staff there really has no idea what's going on. I came in the next day to get our money back and talk to the owner, and of course he wasn't available again. Not worth it if you are worried about your children being safe. If you just need a place to dump your kid and not worry about what happens to them, then I would highly recommend Little Miracles, otherwise, don't waste your time.
