I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

This is a terrible business!

1. The staff members at the front desk have horrible attitudes. My wife and I asked simple questions and the attitude and disrespect was unnecessary. That's if they are at work. We've had to stand outside for a long amount of time waiting for someone to return so that we could inquire about the school.

2. We talked to the front desk clerks multiple times to see what paperwork we needed so that our kids can start school on a certain date. We gathered all of the paperwork and at the daycare's request we had the hospital fax over appointment slips for the children. Then on the morning my kids were supposed to start school, the clerk told us they couldn't start even though we've done everything asked of us.

3. They have cases against them with Better Business Bureau for this such thing.

4. I do not recommend ANYONE to allow this learning center to keep your kids. They are only in it for the money, no love for early education.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This daycare is no place for a child that cannot openly express what is occurring during the day. My child had three incidents in less than 6 months where their was injured and the skin was broken needing immediate wound care. The director appeared to be very concerned after each issue but the problems kept occurring. I advised her there may be a supervision issue on the class rooms; when you drop your child off the kids are usually all over the place fighting and throwing hard blocks and the ratio of students to teachers are not at the states requirements. The turn over rate was outrageous. For the safety of my child we removed them and have found another daycare.

This is a wonderful and loving environment! My children have attended this daycare for 3 years. The professionalism and overall concern for the children is wonderful! One thing I have found in choosing a center for your child is to go and get a "feel" for the place.... how does is smell? do the children appear happy? Caring for children is not an easy task, but they do it with pride! I highly recommend! Luv this place!!

I use to work for this daycare and it was a crazy. The boss ms.duncan would teach the workers where to hit the children (on the bottom of their feet if they acted up) it was crazy I didn't say long. Being a mother I found it to be very unprofessional. They talk  about the parents, talked about the children, and even talked about their workers. Yes, they have cameras but I would never ever send anyone there. And after your child goes their for a while you will see why.

Being a first time Mom, I was scared out of my mind to trust anyone else with my child... Thankfuly I found out about Greater Expectations, Mrs. Duncan and Ms. Chelita are heaven sent, they are very hands on and love those babies as if they were their own.  They are the only people I would ever trust my child with.  I could never thank them enough for their support, love and the way the care for my baby.  I love this place, always have and always will!!!
