I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I am extremely concerned for the children there as i have called numerous time and no one is answering the phone. I need 2 documents emailed to me because i am a previous employee but i am concerned because they haven't answered the phone in 3 days.

The only reason this person could not reach our daycare center is because we were closed February 9, 10, and 11th, for staff shortage due to illness. We are available to all families Monday-Friday, 6 am - 6 pm.
