• Handle all sales and admissions; find ways to generate new leads, conduct one-on-one and group tours, follow up with interested parents and families, and manage new enrollments.
• Ensure full compliance of all licensing regulations with NJDOE, Edison Fire Department, NJDOH and others.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate up to 17 teachers and staff members.
