My objective is to find a daycare to work for that is truely there for the children. I really have a strong passion for working with children. Being surrounded by others who share that same passion really makes it so much more then a job.
My experience working with children varies from daycare centers to working in the home since I was 12 years old. As a 21 year old adult my love for working with children has only grown. My experience in a daycare center goes from the infant room all the way to school aged children. I was a head teacher , responsible for 3 assistants and 30 toddlers at one point. I took on the cirriculm for the class and planned weeks ahead of time. Also as a nanny I took care of 3 children and all the house duties. One child who suffered from autism and was also an epileptic. I furthered that experience by working as a behavioral health professional and working one on one with mentally disabled children in their homes.
