Description: The Williamsport Day School opened its doors in 1998. Owners and operators Jim and Melynda Leak built the school in order to continue the quality education they had previously offered at Locust Grove Preschool, which they had operated successfully from 1986-1998. In the tradition of Locust Grove, Jim, Melynda and their staff continue to give each student a solid foundation on which to grow. The Day School is now expanding on its vision of exceptional education by incorporating a Classical approach to education, to supplement its Montessori-based curriculum. We at the Day School are excited to grow with you and the needs of your child!
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
