I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I would never in my life time recommend this daycare to anyone. I toured the facility with my 4 year old grandaughter before her 1st day, so the director has previously met my grandaughter. Before her first day I spent money I did not have on a nap mat and sheet and back pack which was required along with the $100 enrollment fee. When I dropped her off the director did not even ask me for my grandaughter's immunization records. I was at work no more then 2 hours and the director called saying they cant keep her because they cant meet her needs. I said what do you mean. This director lady actually told me that she needs to get checked for autism because she's not making eye contact. That she use to be a nurse and she knows a disability when she sees it. Like really after 2 hours and this christian based daycare. I did file a complaint with dhs.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I would recommend finding another daycare. It looks good walking in but the daycare owner is disrespectful and upon letting her know of my child’s last day she handed my daughters back pack back to me and told me she would not except her that day. This left me to have to not go to work that day as well as when I said I paid for the week already she asked me the question. “You paid or DHS paid?”. Just because I use DHS I should not be looked down on as a single parent or my child not be able to finish her last day. Not a good daycare once enrolled.
