Sunbrook Child Care Center

I love the staff at this center. Very caring and concerned when comes to my child. He love it there. Only concern is the building is very old and could use some updating.

In the baby room, I don't feel like they give full attention to the children's needs. Don't listen to parents orders about feedings.
3 and 4 year old room has no structure and no teachings. Some teachers were somewhat mean to the children.
I feel they are understaffed and can't give attention to children's needs. It's not safe in some spots and cleaning could be alot better.
The gym walls are falling apart.
They watch lots of movies.
Teachers are very kind. The ones that were mean have been fired.
Owner doesn't like confrontation so when you place your concerns, she blames it on so many other things. She has toys piled up in an exit that isn't safe incase of a fire. She doesn't stay up on incident reports when children are hurt. She let's children get away with attacking children and teachers repeatedly. I could keep my children there due to my concerns.

I would recommend you go else where. She charges way too much for what she has to offer. Some lunches are good and other times I feel like my children weren't eating enough and one day they didn't have enough of a certain food for all the children so all my child had was a sandwich.
If your children can't talk and tell you what is happening, don't send them here.

Wonderful staff! Very carring. Great projects, lots of outside time, and wonderful curriculum! Very satisfied customer!
