placing your child in someones care should be a very important discussion and i hope this helps you to look someplace else! My daughter applied for a job, fresh out of high school with no experience. they had her on a 2 day interview: (she was never paid anything) she was with what they called a problem child he needed someone to help watch him and help him to learn to listen and behave. On the interview he pulled hair out of a girls head and would not listen. My daughter got upset and asked me dad why would they not have someone with experience take care of him? She said they had a hard time keeping control of the other children. She would not take this job and work for people who would run a business this way. Bottom line is ask and believe the other reviews on a place you should never put your child!
I have to be honest- It seems like there are too many children in each class and they do not get individual attention.. It is hard to get an answer at the end of each day as to whether my child ate lunch, had a good day etc. because there are too many teachers that come and go throughout the day and nobody seems to communicate. I believe the legal ratio of students to teachers is 7:1. Every morning there are at least 9 or more children in the classroom with only pone teacher, There are children running into the back classroom unsupervised and some eating breakfast alone in the other room. This is a safety and legal issue in my eyes. The turnover rate of students coming and going is truly alarming. It appears to me that the administrator is trying to expand too rapidly and is forgetting the basic core values that were promised to parents upon enrollment. It is painful to watch this place spiral out of control.
Children are unattended, parents are not updated on serious or any issues, like bullying to the extent of injuries. Preschoolers do not learn anything but they do have a great nap time. There is absolutely no organization and no communication between teachers, staff, parents, or administrators. Do not trust your precision children at this joke of a facility that believe parents are unintelligent enough to report them.
