The children are wild there. A table got tipped over and landed on my childs leg, leaving a large bruise that I took them to the hospital for. My child got bit and nobody could tell me what happened. The director said oh well, stuff happens. The teachers can't control the kids. To get outside, you have to go downstairs to a different hallway. The children would run down the stairs without their teacher and could easily get taken by someone or run out into the street. To use the bathroom, you have to take them out into the main hallway. The children run up and down the hall, out of control because they're bored of having to wait to use the restroom. Would not recommend.
I would say that this Daycare is mediocre --basically, it’s not the best or the worst. In my experience while my child was there for over 1 year, I found that there were 1-2 staff that I felt were competent enough to safely care for my child and the rest I had a lot of doubt. I would say that the infant room is great. There were several safety concerns that I had which was one of the final reasons that I left. Children not being watched carefully enough, staff on their cell phones (texting/social media?) while the kids are running amuck around them; kids don‘t seem to learn much structure while there…many days I prayed that my child would be okay while I was away at work. Every month or so, there was a new person working at the Daycare whom you would have to introduce yourself to as they would rarely do this --the communication was very poor which was very frustrating.
