I used to work for Pandora and I still have nightmares about working for her. This was my first daycare job and she took advantage of that. She was just really awful to her employees. She created a toxic work environment and was really mean to overweight coworkers. She was really nice to the parents and was nice enough to the kids. She took advantage of kids with severe autism. If she ran out of prizes or something special she was giving to the kids she would just not give one to the severely autistic kids because "they wouldn't know the difference." The kids didn't notice much of the drama so it would be safe to place your kids here. I'd never put myself in a position to work here. Especially if this is your first daycare position or first job because you won't be able to see that this isn't how a boss is supposed to treat you.
