I was pretty scared by our experience and couldn’t get myself to write about it till now. In 2016 my daughters behavior struggles reached its worse point and the facility that she was in since she was 6mths old was no longer able to keep her. She’d been in behavior therapy since 2014 and working to diagnose her to find treatment. Unfortunately things came to a head right before we could start her on medication and we needed to find care for her right away. We contacted several places and everyone was at capacity, except for RH Pals. We explained the issues we were having the treatment plans and the assured me that they would have the upmost patience and care for my child. When we toured the facility it was a bit of a mess due to repairs from a recent storm so we overlooked the mess. By the 3rd day they had, had enough of her and called me within 2 hours from when she was dropped off. They didn’t want her and they were quite unprofessional and uncaring about it. It was difficult for me to even tell people about it but pretty much after that anytime RH Pals came up all I heard were horror stories.
I to had my oldest child enrolled here and my child only got the best treatment from all teachers. I would recommend taking your child here the teachers are all properly trained in cpr fire safety an bright from the start credit hours. My child did get sick but only with the normal colds and seasonal sicknesses. As for the owners an office staff i was only treated with respect and kindness from all.
PALS is not where you want to take your children. I would not take may pets there in fear of them getting sick and dying because of the germs and filth on the facility. The operations manager (owners daughter) is very rude and disrespectful. She has no problem mistreating the employees and its all about the owners family. The owner is just as rude by thinking he is the best thing since sliced bread but is very ignorant to the fact that his business is weak! I have seen and heard teachers yell and yank on the children and the operations manager is more of a slave driver than anything! I will not even give them a star! PARENTS, BEWARE OF THE WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING! NOTHING BUT EVIL IN THIS PLACE!
My kids went there for a while and stayed sick. The staff revolves so quick that no one ever know what is going on. If all you want out of day care is free range play. This is the place. If you want child care I would look else where
Omgosh where to start. First ill be fair and say my 5th grader who went after school loved it there I won't give you the long story but don't be fooled by the nice building and webcam feature. Actually look how these Children and providers behave and interact My daughter went there for about a month(the last couple weeks were forced to uphold the contract I signed) it broke my heart every time I left her. They have different people every time I drop off/pickup, all the children are just left on the floor or in cribs and all are usually screaming. There is NO structure,no playtime. Basically they feed, change your child. My baby became withdrawn and her personality demenished drastically! The teachers have said a couple very inappropriate things about other children in the room and I saw one of the babies pullin the hair of a screaming baby and the teacher looked at me and shook her head then said her mom(the screaming child) spoils her too much!! There were many more instances. We finally gave our notice after my daughter caught pneumonia and after missing a week and being cleared by the doctor, they called because they said she had a103 temp. We rushed there,no temp(which couldn't have just gone away and never came back in the 10 minute drive) they called just late enough so we couldn't bring her the next day also. But they still billed me the whole week. The owners are about the rudest people I've encountered along with the family members that work there.one of the young girls, she look about 11, works there. I'm not paying for an 11year old to watch my child!!! So We enrolled her in The Children's Village and after only a couple weeks she is happy, smiling. She has started blowing kisses and cried the other day and reached for the teacher as we were leaving! It turned Out to be less expensive also because the have a military reimbursement through NACCRA(? Spelling might be off)
