I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This Kindercare is a JOKE. Remember, Kindercare is a BUSINESS. Their key goal is to keep money flowing in, NOT the well-being, safety, or care of your child. To date, this school has had FIVE cases of COVID, since November 2020, but they continue to only close down the classroom where the affected party was last in. The have NEVER closed the entire school for disinfecting & sanitizing, after each case was reported. If they close the school, they lose money, so that won't happen.

Kindercare "claims" that they have worked closely with the health department for each of the FIVE positive COVID exposures the school has experienced. THAT'S A LIE. The health department simply advises any facility, who has a positive COVID exposure, to close all areas in which the affected party had close contact. So KINDERCARE is the one who makes the decision on what areas were exposed.
Any person who comes into the facility walks through the same doors, stands in the same lobby, and walks down the same hallway. That means the infected person has had close contact with more than just their classroom

Moving forward, the staff is poorly trained, can be very lazy, and the school does not follow through with things they promise you at enrollment. My daughter had been attending this Kindercare since October 2020, and in 10 months there has been TWO price increases, as well as a bogus charge for her to attend for the summer. Kindercare is a lot more expensive than any other daycare in the area, and I still don't get WHY.

MY FINAL STRAW was when Kindercare laid my 3 year old daughter down for a nap WITH HER MASK on her face. This is a serious health risk to lay any child, especially a toddler down with a mask. It increases the chances of strangulation & suffocation. This could have went extremely bad.

Additionally, Kindercare's menu is not kid friendly. But you can not pack your child a lunch or bring outside food in because they don't think it's fair for other kids to watch your child eat something different, but the other chid can't have any.... WTH???

And if you Think you will be able to speak to Lisa, Center Director about your issue. PLEASE. You might as well talk to the wall. Lisa is an extremely poor role model for the staff because she just walks around looking lost & confused every day. If you try to address her, she rambles with no conclusion, in the end.

If you want to pay top dollar for your child to attend Daycare... GO SOMEWHERE else.
Kindercare South Fayetteville is nothing but a money hungry business who shows little care for the needs of your child.
