Jennifer Cole was abusive with my child please parents steer clear of this train wreck
I was very pleased initially to see a home setting which seemed very personal & sincere. My 18 month old boy was so happy. We began part time the 1st 2 weeks.Unfortunately, while bringing my baby down her stoop, I slipped on ice fell & broke my arm. After a few weeks I got a call that we were welcome back when ready. I left countless messages & Jennifer never returned my calls. I went there & she wouldn't answer her door. To be left hanging with no explanation is not only rude, its irresponsible, unprofessional & immature. After 6 weeks I got a package by mail with all the babes things ( clothes, diapers etc.) No note- NOTHING! Thats insulting! She seems to have all the right advice for 1st time Moms who may need guidance. This my 4th child & I didn't appreciate being told what to do because she was wrong in any given situation. At 1st I was so disappointed that she wouldn't let the baby return & in a message I asked her How could you do that to my son ? He was so happy playing with other children. Obviously, she does not care. Please don't make the mistake thinking that she does.
This women, Jennifer is not who he appears to be. She is very impressed with herself. I would not recommend leaving your children in her care judging from my experience. Also check all the violations she had to correct. I didn't see any other daycares with so many. That speaks volumes.
SHAME ON YOU MISS JENNIFER!
