Don’t let the low cost and immediate availability fool you into selecting this center. The incompetence of the staff is incomprehensible and it’s unclear to me why this place is licensed. The director doesn’t have a clue and I’m not sure that the “teacher” for our children had any background in actual education. We only lasted a month here and had to remove our children as the staff was unbearable. They called with simple complaints and concerns that every childcare provider should be accustomed to. For instance, I was told that my child had to wear socks to school and not sandles because they simply couldn’t brush the sand off his feet after outside playtime on their playground. Really?!?! Also, apparently they weren’t trained to help a child actually pull up a pair of training underwear because they refused to do that too. I’m not sure if it’s sheer laziness, incompetence, lack of actual training and education, or all of these. And their “aftercare program”?? More like the children there are more of an afterthought to the staff who is just collecting a paycheck. We discussed all of the shortcomings to an actual ECFE director and they were flabbergasted. Don’t waste your time here. If you do wish to try it, don’t say you weren’t warned.
