I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Absolutely do not recommend. They don’t look after the children at all. My 2 year old came home one day covered in another child’s blood. Currently being investigated (and found to be legit per OFCS review).

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I never could have imagined that staff who are entrusted to look after children, could be so indifferent to situations occuring in their care. My 1 1/2 year old daughter was being physically assaulted by a special needs child and neither the staff nor director showed any concern whatsoever. Come to find out that even Erie County Staff have told me verbally that they do not approve of this facility. In my humble opinion, enrolling my child here was an ENORMOUS mistake! You have been warned.
