If I could give this facility negative stars I would. I am a nursing student about to graduate with my BSN and my husband is in the Navy stationed in Washington state. My mother takes care of my daughter while I'm in college. We were looking to put my daughter in daycare and my mother called this facility and scheduled a tour with Faina. The day before the tour, Faina called my mother stating, "I am a mother and a grandmother and I have never heard of a grandmother raising her granddaughter. I don't believe you and I am cancelling the appointment. Where are the parents? Does she not have parents?" My mother explained the situation that I am in college and my husband isn't even in this state to which Faina responded with I don't believe you and that she's never heard of such a thing. Again, my mother politely said she could provide her with my phone number or her friend's numbers to verify to which the woman said I don't believe you and I've never heard of such a thing. My mom was extremely upset, being called a liar is really disrespectful and horrible business particularly for someone who's supposed to be caring for a child! When I called to speak with Faina she responded with I don't believe your mom and then began screaming at me to wait so she could say her piece and then hung up on me. I do not recommend you take your children here. I do not recommend you even waste your time. What will they teach your child if this is how they interact with people in general?
