Description: Our Mission at Pilgrim Lutheran Church and Pre-School is to embrace and uplift our congregation and students regardless of background or ethnicity. Everyone gets a warm welcome and a fresh start here with us at Pilgrim. We have small intimate services with honest and heartfelt sermons from Pastor Paul V. Holt. Pastor Holt has been a pastor at Pilgrim for over 25 years and his loving and kind nature is felt by all that know him. Linda Holt who has been married to Pastor Holt for over 35 years runs Little Pilgrim's Pre-School Enrichment Program which is adjacent to the Church on 35th Avenue in Oakland. Linda's love of children and her desire to give all she can for their proper development is most evident. Linda and Paul have 12 children of their own including 6 adopted childen.
