Lilia’s capabilities as a childcare provider cover the complete spectrum, and she has all of the qualities that you would want and expect from a childcare provider: she’s capable, competent, trustworthy, caring, flexible, communicative, and above all, nice! It is a great pleasure for me during our daily interactions and conversations during the morning drop-off and the afternoon pick-up. It is evident that my son also enjoys his days with Lilia and the other children under her care—he never wants to leave in the afternoon when I come to bring him home.
Lilia cares for children not as clients or customers, but as if they were her own family. In Lilia’s home, children under her care receive far more than just your basic babysitting services—she covers the whole child and their entire range of needs: from stimulating learning activities, arts and crafts projects, age-appropriate games and play that emphasize development of necessary and critical skills, outdoor play and socialization, and nutritious homemade daily meals and snacks. Every experience for a child under 4 years old is an opportunity for growth and learning, and as an experienced parent and caregiver, this is not lost on Lilia and she makes the most of these opportunities.
Lilia is also aware of the changes in practice and convention in the childcare industry, and remains up-to-date on the latest techniques and methods through her on-going education by the 4Cs (Community Child Care Council) of Santa Clara County’s trainings and workshops.
It is with great pleasure and absolutely no reservations that I highly recommend Lilia Perez of Lilia’s Child Care for the care of young children.
