Oil City Child Development Center is accredited by The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) which exemplifies quality education. Oil City is also a Star 4 site within the Pennsylvania Keystone Stars Program which is the highest rating for quality. Oil City CDC operates within the highest educational standards for staff, curriculum and safety. Our preschool rooms are also PA Department of Education certified.
